Philips Aviation’s Return Policy

**Please inspect all material immediately upon receipt.**

All claims must be made within 30 days of receipt of goods.

Policy Limitations:

Philips Aviation reserves the right to refuse any unauthorized returns.
Philips Aviation reserves the right to replace any unsatisfactory parts.
Shortages or Shipping Damage:

Please notify Philips Aviation immediately. All claims for material shortages, defects, or any other discrepancies must be made within 30 days of receipt of goods.
If parts are damaged, the consignee must file a claim immediately with the shipping company. Most shipments from Philips Aviation are insured for loss or damages.
Returning Parts:

Returns due to our error-

If a part is defective or mismarked, we will replace it with an acceptable part.
If a replacement is not available, the part may be returned for a full credit of the purchase price without a restocking fee.
Returns due to your error-

If you mistakenly order the wrong part or find the part was no longer needed, you may return the part for a refund, less a restocking fee of 10% or $10.00, whichever is greater.
No returns after 30 days
Do not return parts without authorization!

Return merchandise authorization (RMA) numbers are valid for 30 days.

Parts received after 30 days or without our authorization are subject to a restocking fee of 10% or $10.00, whichever is greater.
